Tivolta vs. major agencies
Built for founders who've been burned by agencies that bill for activity instead of outcomes.
"Why not just hire someone in-house?"
What an in-house hire actually costs
- Senior growth marketer: $90K–$130K/year salary
- Employer taxes + benefits: ~30% on top ($27K–$39K)
- Tools and software: $5K–$15K/year
- 3–6 month ramp time before meaningful results
- One person. One skill set. One lane.
What Tivolta gives you instead
- $1,800–$2,800/month — all-in, no hidden costs
- A team across strategy, SEO, CRO, and paid media
- Results in 60 days — not 6 months
- Cancel any time. No severance, no HR headaches.
- If it's not working, we revisit the strategy — not the timeline.
A full-time hire makes sense when you have enough work to fill 40 hours a week, a clear enough role to hire precisely, and the runway to wait 3–6 months for results. Most SMB founders in the $500K–$5M range don't have all three. That's the gap Tivolta fills.
Pricing FAQ
Do I have to do the Strategy Sprint before the Growth Partner plan?
Yes — and it's by design. The sprint is how we understand your business deeply enough to execute well. It also means you see the full plan before committing to any ongoing work. You own everything we produce, whether or not you continue.
What's included in 'paid media management' in Growth Partner Plus?
We manage your Google and Meta ad accounts — campaign structure, targeting, creative direction, budget pacing, and ongoing optimization. We don't mark up ad spend. You pay platforms directly; we charge for strategy and management only.
Can I pause or cancel at any time?
Yes. After the strategy sprint, ongoing engagements are month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. We believe retention should be earned by results, not enforced by contract.
How many clients do you take on at once?
We keep a deliberately small client roster so every account gets a dedicated strategist, not a shared team. If we're at capacity when you reach out, we'll tell you upfront and put you on a short waitlist.
What does the real-time dashboard show?
You get a live view of your key growth metrics — traffic sources, lead volume and quality, conversion rates, cost per lead, and pipeline value. No waiting for monthly reports. You can log in any time and see exactly what's happening.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Our core focus is US-based SMBs, but we occasionally work with international founders who are actively selling into the US market. Reach out and we'll let you know if it's a fit.
